Adil, a knife wound survivor, is discharged from the hospital and prepares to return to his monotonous life. He behaves like a "poison" - tormenting, rude, insulting his co-workers, friends, doctors and nurses who treated him. Thinking to continue his usual life, under the supervision of his friend Shakir and classmate Rena, who has given up her wild "street life", Adil faces an unimaginable challenge. No sooner has he left the hospital yard than a pregnant stranger rides into Shakir's car. She insistently asks Shakir and Rena to help her save her unborn child from her husband's family, or rather from an imminent abortion. Despite Adil's resistance, the situation turns out in such a way that he becomes the rescuer of the unborn child.
